I’ll deliver the goods and show you how quick, easy and cheap it is to make today’s tasty super green blend, recipe one in my book The Best Green Smoothies for Weight Loss.
Super Green Blend Smoothie Ingredients
- 1 cup chopped romaine lettuce
- 1 cup spinach
- 4 stalks of fresh celery, chopped
- 1 apple, cored and quartered
- 1 frozen banana, peeled
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1/2 lemon, skinned and deseeded
- 4-6 ice cubes
Super Green Blend Smoothie Instructions
Add the ingredients into the blender, loading the heaviest items furthest from the blades.
The weight of the heavier produce pushes the lighter produce into the blender blades.
Pause the blender from time to time to shake up the contents.
Don’t worry if all the ingredients don’t fit at first; you’ll fit them in eventually.
Now add a straw and enjoy!
The super green blend smoothie serves about two people…
